Forums:

The fifth round of the FA Vase is due be played on January 30; the draw takes place tomorrow and will be published on the FA web site around lunchtime. This is the first round in which teams from all over the country are grouped together, rather than in regionalised groups. Those teams through to the 5th round are:

Cleethorpes Town;
Nuneaton Griff;
Camberley Town;
Berkhamsted;
Salisbury.

Still to be decided:

Hereford v Leicester Nirvana;
South Shields/Morpeth Town v North Shields;
Coleshill Town v Dunston UTS;
Sunderland RCA v Sleaford Town;

Newton Aycliffe v Marske United;

Bowers & Pitsea v Sutton Common Rovers;

Kidlington v Knaphill;

Newport (IoW) v Ashford United;

Moneyfields v Bristol Manor Farm;

Hartley Wintney v Bradford Town;

Bodmin Town v Ipswich Wanderers.

The above information was copied and pasted in the form of two lists from my own data. The software on this site has changed the lists to paragraphs and I can't edit them satisfactorily, so apologies for them not being more clear.

5th rd ...moneyfields or Bristol Manor Farm

Hope we get through Golden Geese Eggs and everything ! Would be moneyspinner

Hosting Moneyfields (339 miles, Portsmouth) or Bristol Manor Farm (286 miles) will be expensive to all sides as the visitors will be entitled to an overnight hotel stay.

If we get past Sleaford........next teams can use my Vango tents that I got for Christmas for nowt.

In fact Sleaford lads can use this Friday no cost !. Got the Best sleeping bags...for use to minus 20. Breakfast for nowt as well in Defty,s Diner. Tents are like Marquees...not joking ! If replay at Sleaford....lot warmer...only need the minus 5 sleeping bags.

The rules on overnight stays atate that any team travelling for more that 5 hours including at least one 45 minute stop are allowed to request an overnight stay. They must apply to the FA at least 7 days prior to the tie. Cost = 20 people @ £50 per night up to the final.

Travel costs are £3 per coach mile so Moneyfields £2034  and Bristol £1716 although the cost of the coach might be a lot less than this.

But lets not get ahead of ourselves Sleaford will be a difficult team to beat and we will need to be at our very best on Saturday.

After the Wainwrights...and my Munroe's completion. Even our players want to camp out Friday night...

Top Tents, Sleeping bags used in Antarctica...David Beckham did not have a clue on his 7 games in 7 continents. As long as u have continence underpants ...u can use the Sleeping bags. Now I need to tell u about the jet boils as well. Cup of any brew...in 1 second.

Took a team to Holland 1986 and we won the Tournament in Hengelo...stopped in Marquees...honest.

FA Vase...a year to save costs....did u know that Vango...started in Govan...Glasgow. Totally true...and my pal helped start the company. Not joking ...and Billy Connolly...knew him.

2016........a pitching Year !
