RCA made the long trip to Bridlington Town for this FA Vase First Round tie and once again there were significant changes made to the team, with Phil Horsman and Nathan Wilson cup-tied and leading goal scorer Gavin Barton suspended it meant a first run out of the season for Ross Preston and a debut for Callum Patton. Other changes saw Clough, Halliday and Hassan recalled to the team.

Although this was not the result that RCA were looking for it highlighted the areas where we are vulnerable. It also highlighted out ability to control possession right up until the final third of the pitch where we seem to run out of ideas.

We have seen improvement in the team in the last few weeks. We just need to start turning that improvement into points.
