Vote for your player of the season!

The Fans' Award, along with others, will be made at the Dinner and Presentation Night on Wednesday, 4 June 2008 at the Roker Hotel.

The closing date for voting is 5:00 PM, Thursday, 22 May 2008.

There are two ways of voting:

1. Please print out, fill in and post a voting form.

2. Use the electronic voting form below. Please fill in your name, your email address, make your vote, type in the verification code* and click on 'Submit'.

* The verification code's purpose is to avoid spam.

After you have voted electronically, you will receive an email sent to the address you entered. You will need to reply to this email to register you vote. This procedure is to stop multiple voting. Please do not expect to receive an email straight away because this is a manual procedure.
